The patient is a 42-year-old transgender female who has concerns with the appearance
of her lower, face, neck, and nose. Dr. Cho performed Accutite and MyEllevate to the
lower face and neck, fat grafting to the face, Alar Width and Internal Nare Reduction to
the nostrils, and buccal fat removal.
The after results are 4 months post-procedure.
