Directions From Grand Pkwy/Tx-99, I45-North, & I45 South

If you are on heading east on Grand Pkwy/TX-99: Exit Spring Stuebner Rd toward Kuykendahl Rd. Slight right onto Kuykendahl Rd. Turn left on FM 2920. You will drive past H-E-B and Crust Pizza and our building will be immediately after on the right. Our building is tan with a black Integrated Aesthetics sign. There is a tall Integrated Aesthetics monument sign with an electronic billboard in front of our building. Parking is available in front of the building.

If you are heading north on I45-NORTH: Exit 70A toward Tomball/FM 2920. Merge on feeder and keep right at the fork. Take first right onto Spring Cypress Rd/ FM 2920. You will drive past a Fuel Maxx, Shipley Donuts and Family Care center before reaching our building on the left. Our building is tan with a black Integrated Aesthetics sign. There is a tall Integrated Aesthetics monument sign with an electronic billboard in front of our building. Parking is available in front of the building.
