This patient underwent lower face and neck lift to get rid of stubborn fat deposits, eliminate loose excess tissue and ultimately restore a youthful appearance. This patient also underwent a combination of a lower blepharoplasty to the lower eyelids to reduce puffiness caused by fat pockets.
