Notice of Physician DepartureRe: Dr. Mihail Climov, M.D.
Dear Valued Patient,
We are writing to inform you that Dr. Mihail Climov will be transitioning out of Integrated Aesthetics effective December 30, 2025.
We are deeply grateful for the skill, artistry, and compassion he has brought to his patients and our team. Dr. Climov extends his heartfelt appreciation to all his patients for their trust and loyalty throughout his time with us.
CONTINUITY OF CAREYour ongoing care remains our highest priority. You are welcome to continue your treatment and follow-up care with our board-certified surgeon, Dr. Younghoon Cho, who will be available to assume your treatment plan and ensure a smooth transition of care. Our patient care team will gladly assist you with scheduling, questions, or treatment planning during this time.
If you prefer to transition your care elsewhere, you have the right to request a copy of your medical records or have them sent to another provider of your choice.

We will provide the required authorization form and promptly process your request. A nominal administrative fee may apply for copies, in accordance with Texas Medical Board and TMLT guidelines.
CUSTODIAN OF RECORDSFollowing Dr. Mihail Climov’s departure, Integrated Aesthetics will remain the official custodian of his medical records and will continue to maintain them in compliance with Texas Medical Board Rule §163.4 and federal privacy regulations (HIPAA).
OFFICIAL NOTICE
In compliance with Texas Medical Board Rule §163.4, this notice is being posted and distributed more than 30 days prior to Dr. Mihail Climov’s final day with Integrated Aesthetics. This information will remain posted in our office and on our website through his departure date.
If you have a scheduled appointment with Dr. Mihail Climov, a member of our team will contact you directly to review next steps and, if appropriate, coordinate your care with another provider.
